We have good connections with the tea growers in the most popular tea plantation in both Taiwan and China
We import tea directly from the plantation and arrange shipments from source throughout the year. Our tea leaves products are air-tight seal prior to consumption while some products are with vacuum packed in retaining its freshness.

Yes, you can. Just make sure the address is clearly indicated under the shipping address upon your order placement.
For order with total amount of SGD80, it is free on shipping within Singapore. For order with total amount less than SGD80, we offer a standard flat rate within Singapore. For shipment / delivery rates, please refer to the delivery chart from the Terms & Conditions section.
Members can login to check order status. For non-member, email will be triggered to notify.
It depends on the shipping destination and stock availability. An estimated average delivery time will be indicated upon check-out of the order. You will be notified on the estimated lead time for those out of stock items.
For overseas shipment, AWB information with the service provider will be updated on your order.

Order is allowed to cancel (in full or partial) within 24 hours after order placement. For any cancellation request, 50% of the purchased price for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
