Why is Oolong So Popular?

Oolong is usually described to fall somewhere in between green tea and black tea as it is partially oxidized during processed. Oolongs are grown in high mountainous regions in cool weather where its famous flavour is due to this unique location and harsh environment. It is sometimes known as “connoisseur’s tea” as it attracts many tea drinkers due to its flavor and aromas.
